Like all bakers, we trust in bread, this wonderful product that gives life and joy. As an equipment manufacturer, we develop our ovens to achieve an even bake, a good rise and structure, a perfect crust and a high moisture content for all types of baked goods. All in order to help the baker sell more products at a better price.
But our ovens need to do more than that in order to reach our goal of long term profitability for our customers. Not only by increased revenue but also through the lowest possible total cost of ownership (TCO). This has been our corporate philosophy ever since we in 1958 developed the world’s first rack oven. Therefore, sustainability becomes a natural way of thinking for Revent.
We are proud to be certified with the Enery Star for the gas version of our rack ovens 724, 726, ONE39 and ONE26. For the ONE39 oven we received the “Product of the year” 2018 Blue Flame Award by The Gas Foodservice Equipment Network (GFEN), a consortium of the Energy Solutions Center (ECS).
